The Crawfish Cartel - Rockwall is a mobile snack van, caterer, and food truck that specializes in serving fresh South Louisiana Crawfish, Shrimp, Sausage, and Crab Legs. With a passion for boiled seafood and catering events of any size, The Crawfish Cartel has gained a loyal following across Texas and Louisiana. From weekend pop-ups to large-scale corporate events, customers can expect high-quality seafood with excellent service.
Look for them weekends through crawfish season in the church parking lot.
