lil voyagers enrollment process

Enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year will take place in 3 phases:


PHASE 1

Current Lil’ Voyagers Families

  •  Begins Thursday, January 29th, 2026
  •  Parents will be emailed forms – printed forms will also be available upon request
  •  All forms due by Thursday, February 5th, 2026
  •  All fees due by Thursday, February 12th, 2026

PHASE 2

LV Alumni Siblings and FUMC Heath Church Members

  •  Begins Monday, February 9th, 2026
  •  Registration forms will be available in the office, or please contact Meghan at LVdirector@fumcheath.org
  • All completed forms and fees are due by Tuesday, February 17th, 2026              

PHASE 3

Enrollment Open to Community

  • Beginning Monday, February 23rd, 2026 at 8AM
  • Please fill out the online form
  • You will receive an email within 72 hours with an update on your child’s enrollment status.
  •  This update will include whether your child has been placed into a class or placed on our waitlist.
  • Once enrolled, please fill out the emailed registration form packet and return to the church office, along with the registration fee, by Thursday, March 12th, 2026.
  • Immunization forms can be returned in August before school begins Tuesday, September 8th.

Waitlist Information

We anticipate spots in our classes filling quite quickly. Once all spots are filled, we maintain a waitlist for each class. If a spot opens, we reach out to families on our waitlist via email in the order we received their enrollment request. If we do not hear back within 7 days, we will contact the next family on the list.

 

*Waitlists do not carry over to the next school year.

 

2026/2027 Pricing


Registration Fee - $195.00

The registration fee is a one-time charge per school year and is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee helps cover our pizza parties and some of our supplies for the school year.

 

Monthly Tuition - $285.00

Tuition is an annual fee divided into 9 equal monthly installments for all age groups, from September – May. All tuition payments are due the first school day (Tuesday/Thursday) of each month, regardless of child’s attendance.


All fees can be paid online or via check made out to FUMC Heath.

  • Music for creative expression through sound, rhythm and song
  • Monthly Themes - enrichment with themes based on seasons/holidays, self & others, science, nature & literature
  • Chapel Time to experience the loving care of a Christian community, Bible stories, verses & songs
  • Free play outdoor activities (weather permitting) for large motor skill development with teacher supervision
